🖼️ Project Overview

From Soil To Soil ™ is a poetic, visual storytelling project rooted in tradition, culture, and emotion. Our flagship poem will be presented across multiple theme-based poster designs. Each design will feature:

• One unified visual background

• Two language versions: English & Italian

• Exact wording (once approved)—no edits or rephrasing permitted

We have posted three rough samples on our site to offer direction. These are not polished—we are looking to your expertise to elevate the final visual design.

💵 What We Pay

• $50 USD per accepted poster pair (Same backgrounds)
  (1 English version + 1 Italian version of the same design)

• You can submit as many layouts as you like

• If selected, you’ll be paid within 48 hours of final approval

📏 Poster Sizes Required

Submissions can be created in any of the following print-ready dimensions:

• 11 x 17 inches (279 x 432 mm)

• 18 x 24 inches (457 x 610 mm)

• 24 x 36 inches (610 x 914 mm)

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI

🌍 Design Themes

Each poster is based on a regional or emotional theme (e.g., Volcanic Soil – Catania, Kissed Tomatoes – Campania, The Olive Offering – Puglia).
Refer to our Suggested Theme List and select the one that inspires your layout.
The poem remains the same across all themes—only the background, textures, and styling change.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Submission Process

1. Choose a theme from our Suggested Theme List Or Create Your Own

2. Download or request the scrambled-line version of the poem (used for layout only)

3. Create your test layout using watermarked graphics (no final files yet)

   • Must include both English & Italian titles

   • Visual quality and poetic balance will be assessed

4. Submit your watermarked draft to: art@savourthesoul.com
   Subject Line: Theme Submission – [Your Name]

5. If selected, we will send:

   • A Non-Circulation Clause (NCC)

   • Our Copyright & Use Disclosure Agreement

6. After agreements are signed, you’ll receive:

   • The final poem text in both English and Italian

7. You will then return:

   • Final high-resolution files (PSD or AI layered files, plus PNG or JPG exports)

8. After final approval, we will process your $50 USD payment via PayPal or Wise within 48 hours

🔒 Legal & Creative Rules

• All visual elements must be royalty-free or commercially licensed

• Submitted layouts must include visible watermarks

• Do not alter any part of the poem's text under any condition

• We retain exclusive publishing rights to all work

We are VERY open to suggestions—textures, themes, merchandise-ready formats, or layout innovation. I personally love creativity.
